By downloading, installing, or using VerifySMS ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VerifySMS provides virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. The service is provided "as is" and numbers are temporary in nature.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Credits & Payments

  • Credits are purchased through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store
  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies
  • Auto-refund applies when SMS verification is not received within the service window
  • Credits do not expire
  • Prices may vary by country and service

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use VerifySMS for:

  • Any illegal activities
  • Fraud, spam, or harassment
  • Bypassing bans or restrictions on platforms
  • Any activity that violates the terms of third-party services
  • Automated or bulk verification without authorization

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Number availability varies by country and demand. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

VerifySMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the VerifySMS app and website are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, remaining credits may be forfeited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
